In order to do this, we employ rigorous and meticulous vehicle-receipt and despatch processes. This is to ensure that vehicles both arrive into and ultimately depart from Gibraltar in perfect condition for onward transportation to their final destination.
In the extremely unlikely event of any issue, our colleagues in Logistics are responsible for notifying delivery companies immediately of any losses and/or transit damage identified on receipt of the vehicle. Where applicable, Vehicle Condition Reports (VCR’s) are endorsed accordingly.
As with all other aspects of our Diplomatic Programme, our Logistics Team will be on hand to advise, help and support you through any issues or questions you may have.

Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)
Our manufacturer-trained technicians will always carry out a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) prior to despatch. This is essential to validate the warranty cover for your vehicle.
